What is Holi Puja Vidhi?
Holi Puja Vidhi, also known as Holika Dahan Pooja, is a ritual performed the night before the Holi Festival, signifying triumph of good over evil.

Significance of Holika Dahan Pooja
It is believed that performing Holika Dahan Pooja helps in overcoming fears and attracting power, prosperity, and wealth. Regardless from wherever you are, Hindus from all around the world regard Holi as a sacred tradition. In many cultures, the festival of Holi is tied to the legend of Hiranyakashipu and Holika. Once there was an ancient demon ruler Hiranyakashipu who wanted to kill his son Prahlada, a devout follower of Lord Vishnu, with the help of his sister Holika. To do this, she sat on a pyre with Prahlada wearing a cloak that was supposed to shield her from the fire. Holika burned and perished in the fire, but Prahlada was shielded by the cloak. Later in the evening, Lord Vishnu himself killed Hiranyakashipu, and the incident was celebrated as the victory of good over evil. According to the Hindu religious texts, the Holika Pujan is before the Holika Dahan Pooja. The Holi Puja time should be determined based on Hindu Panchang to avoid any misfortune. Performing on the Holi Puja time correctly brings blessings, but doing it at an inauspicious time may result in obstacles.
